My 14 day personalised meal plan is developed using information from our initial consultation or form sent on request, including caloric intake, nutritional status, lifestyle, food preferences, medical history and presenting complaints.  These meals are not only tasty, they leave you feeling full and satisfied.  Book your initial consultation to be eligible to purchase this meal plan.

My pathology analysis report takes each result from your blood work and assesses them against the optimal ranges used by Allied Health Professionals.  This allows me to see and report on nutritional deficiencies, organ and tissue dysfunction and to confirm signs and symptoms.
