My 7 day semi-personalised meal plan is developed using information about your dietary requirements and food preferences, such as gluten free, dairy free etc.  These meals are not only tasty, they leave you feeling full and satisfied.

My pathology analysis report takes each result from your blood work and assesses them against the optimal ranges used by Allied Health Professionals.  This allows me to see and report on nutritional deficiencies, organ and tissue dysfunction and to confirm signs and symptoms.
