My personalised meal plans are based on information collected in your initial consultation.  These meal plans are delicious and satisfying and can be catered to suit the whole family.  Meal plans can be found in the booking tab.

My pathology analysis report takes each result from your blood work and assesses them against the optimal ranges used by Allied Health Professionals.  This allows me to assess blood sugar regulation, lipids, kidney function, proteins, liver function, iron studies, gut health and function, hormonal health and more.
